Boston MA: The Bright lights of NBA on Christmas Day will take center stage and your Philadelphia 76ers will take part as they take on the Boston Celtics in a Playoff rematch from the TD Garden in Boston. The Sixers come into the game with a record of (22-12) and off a win over Toronto on December 22 while the Celtics are (19-13) and off a win over the Hornets on December 23.
This will be the second year in the row the Sixers will be playing on Christmas Day as they defeated the Knicks last year at Madison Square Garden. The Sixers are 17-13 all-time on Christmas Day. Sixers last battle with the Celtics on Christmas Day was in 1961 when the Sixers were called the Syracuse Nationals.
The Game will be on ABC at 5:30 PM with Mark Jones, Hubie Brown and Israel Gutierrez calling the action. ESPN Radio will also broadcast the game nationally with Sean Kelley & Kara Lawson.
