Atlanta GA: The Drama of the MLB Playoffs keeps going on as the 2nd round begins this week and your Philadelphia Phillies will be taking part in it as they take on the defending world-champion Atlanta Braves in the NLDS.
The Phillies made the NLDS by taking down the St Louis Cardinals in the Wildcard round while the Braves had a bye in the Wildcard round as they won the NL East by catching the New York Mets.
The Braves will have home field for the NLDS.
There is a couple thing to keep an eye on for the NLDS.
This is the first time that the Phillies & Braves will meet in the playoffs since the 1993 NLCS when the Phillies won in 6 games.
FOX Sports will broadcast the NLDS & will have their number 1 announce team on the call which features Joe Davis, John Smoltz, and Ken Rosenthal.

Phillies Manager Rob Thomson says about the Injury to David Robertson & who will step up
Tomson “We’ve got Brogdon and Bellatti, we’ve added Nick Nelson to the roster. We have Brad Hand back. He hasn’t seen much action lately. But somebody of that group somebody’s going to step up or a couple of them for sure.”
Thomson also talked about being on the road for a long time
Games 1 and 2 will be on FOX and the rest of the times have not been set
