Eagles Training camp notes

Philadelphia: We are 6 days from the Philadelphia Eagles playing in the NFL Preseason as they take on the New York Jets on August 12 at Lincoln Financial Field.

On Saturday, the Eagles hit the practice field at Novacare Complex to keep working on things before August 12.

The Injury report for Saturday is as follows

The Story of the Saturday practice was the play by the defense as they made a couple big plays.

Play 1:

#Eagles LB Kyzir White continues to stack on his strong camp. Blows up a dumpoff from Hurts to Sanders, and he stops all momentum near the LOS.

The Play of the day came from Darius Slay picking off Hurts and it would end a streak of 3 days of Hurts not throwing an INT.

The defensive line was making noise today

Hurts was rolling to his left and Jordan Davis, all 6-6, 336 pounds of him, was closing fast! Hurts threw the ball away. #Eagles

The Secondary was making plays as well

Couple really nice plays by #Eagles safety Josh Jobe, including just now on a deep ball that WR Deon Cain had him beaten by a step and a half, but Jobe batted the Gardner Minshew away in the end zone. #Eagles @HeavyOnSports
