Super Bowl LVI: What we know

Los Angeles: The long grind of the NFL Season has now come down to two teams to see who will be world champions for the 2021 season as the Cincinnati Bengals take on the Los Angeles Rams from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.

Here is we know about this year Super Bowl & other facts.

This will be the first time that the Super Bowl held in the greater Los Angeles area since 1993 when the Cowboys defeated the Bills in Super Bowl 27 at the Rose Bowl. 

The Los Angeles Rams become the 2nd team in NFL History to play the Super Bowl in their home stadium, joining the Tampa Bay Buccanners as the other team to do that.

The quarterbacks in this game will both be from the SEC in Joe Burrow from LSU & Matt Stafford from Georgia

The Super Bowl will be done by NBC with Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth calling the action, NBC started their Sunday Night Football schedule in Los Angeles with the Rams defeating the Chicago Bears. 

This Super Bowl is marking the changing of the Guard at the QB Position as Tom Brady, Big Ben announced their retirement and now the game will be lead by young gunslingers like Joe Burrow, Patrick Mahomes, Mac Jones, Josh Allen.

The Rams last trip to the Super Bowl was 3 years ago when they fell the Patriots in Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta in 2018.

The Bengals never won the Super Bowl & their last trip to the big game was in 1988 season when they fell to the 49ers in Super Bowl 23 in Miami.

The Halftime show will feature Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar
