Philadelphia: The Philadelphia Eagles stand at 3-4-1 and in first place in the NFC East as they are on their bye week this week and are the Eagles getting healthy at the right time, well there could be some reinforcements on the way for QB Carson Wentz.
On Sunday, Eagles fans would wake up to news about two offensive players
This is good for Wentz and it will help with the offence try to get back into a normal routine and Wentz can make better decisions with the ball.
The last time we saw Miles Sanders in game action was in the Eagles loss to the Ravens in Week 6 at Lincoln Financial Field.
We have not seen Alshon Jeffery take a snap this season after missing the remainder of the 2019 season with a Lisfranc injury. Jeffery last game was the Eagles overtime win over the New York Giants on Monday Night Football in Week 14 at Lincoln Financial Field. The last time we saw Jeffery in the Endzone was in the Eagles loss to the Dolphins
With the possible return of Alshon Jeffery, Eagles Coach Doug Pederson would look like an idiot if he were to decrease the reps and playing time for Travis Fulgham who has become the Number 1 WR for Carson Wentz and now has become a fan favorite.
We shall watch all week if Sanders & Jeffery get back on the field when the Eagles make their return from their bye week next week when they take on the New York Giants at Metlife Stadium at 1PM on FOX.
