Harrisburg PA: as the weather outside starts to get colder and the coronavirus cases are starting to spike in several States across the country but college sports continues on.
The Big Ten conference back in July would announced that they would not take part in football for the 2020 season and then things changed on September 16th as the Big Ten conference was able to get more information and the necessary tests for them to compete in a football season.
On Monday Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf held press conference to give update on Pennsylvania’s response to the coronavirus and a question was asked to Pennsylvania Department of Health Dr Levine about Penn State football traveling out of state as they open their season on Saturday
What Dr Levine was referring to as there’s a list in Pennsylvania with certain states that you must quarantine when you arrive in the state and in other words she’s saying that she does not know how the Big Ten will be able to pull this off since there are several States that have seen cases seeing Covid-19 cases rise recently
Penn State will open its football season on Saturday when they travel to Indiana and then have a home game on Halloween against Ohio State.
