NBC Sports Philadelphia replays the 2008 Phillies World Series run

Philadelphia: It is great to go back and relive some of the greatest moments that happened in your team history, well you will be able to for the 2008 Philadelphia Phillies.

Starting on June 1, NBC Sports Philadelphia will replay every game from the Philadelphia Phillies 2008 World Series win.

From June 1 to June 4 will be their 4 game series win over the Milwaukee Brewers in the National League Division Series which featured Brett Meyers two at-bats in game 2 & also from Game 2 was Shane Victoriano Grand Slam. This was the Phillies first playoff series win since 1993.  TBS had the NLDS with Brian Anderson, Joe Simpson & John Smoltz on the call.

From June 8-12 would feature their 5 game series win over the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Championship Series which featured Brett Meyers going 3-3 driving in 3 runs in Game 2 & Matt Stairs monster HR in Game 4 & the series clincher in game 5 which sent them to the World Series. FOX had the NLCS with Joe Buck and Tim McCarver on the call

June 15-19 features all 5 games of the World Series against the Tampa Bay Rays & featured Carlos Ruiz walk-off in Game 3, Ryan Howard two monster shots in Game 4 & Brad Lidge closes the series with a strikeout for the Phillies first World Series since 1980. FOX did the World Series with Joe Buck and Tim McCarver on the call
