What to watch for in Sixers vs Lakers

Philadelphia: One of the headline games this week for the NBA will be taking place at the Wells Fargo Center in South Philadelphia on Saturday night as the Philadelphia 76ers lead by Ben Simmons take on LeBron James & Los Angeles Lakers as it is part of NBA Saturday Primetime on ABC Game of the Week.

The Sixers coming to this game off of a bad loss to Toronto on Wednesday night while the Lakers had to Philadelphia off of a close win over the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday.

The Sixers beat the Lakers in both regular-season games during the 2018-19 season.

ESPN & ABC are going all out:

With this being one of the more anticipated games of the season, ESPN & ABC making this game a huge priority by having a special pregame show and game announcers announce. The lead voices for the NBA on ESPN & ABC Mike Breen, Jeff Van Gundy and Mark Jackson will be calling the game

There will also be a pregame edition of The Jump which will be courtside LIVE from the Wells Fargo Center that will lead into the game & will feature Rachel Nichols, Jalen Rose, and Jay Williams.

With Joel Embiid out with finger injury, the question is can Ben Simmons step up as a leader and take over special on a big stage light tonight against LeBron James.

With a game of this magnitude you know there’s going to be a good amount of a-list celebrities that will be in attendance now the question is who will be there.

Tonight is the first of four NBA Saturday primetime games that the Sixers will take part in during the 2019-20 season.
