Philadelphia: The Philadelphia Flyers are on a five-game winning streak following the winner of the Toronto Maple leafs on Tuesday night as they look to make it six wins in a row as they took on the Arizona Coyotes on Thursday night at the Wells Fargo Center in South Philadelphia.
The Flyers would fall 3-1 & in the process end their 5 game winning streak.
To much passing:
After the Coyotes took a 1-0 lead in the first period, the Flyers put a lot of pressure on the Coyotes but the main issue is way too much passing in this game not enough shots on goal and their inability to finish.
Flyers finally score:
The Flyers were finally able to score a goal as Matt Niskanen would blast a shot from the point after they pulled their goalie to get within one at 2-1 late in the third
Scene inside Wells Fargo Center:
Late in the third period with the Flyers down 2-1 and we’re putting pressure on the coyotes Kevin Hayes what check coyotes defender into the board and the referee will call a boarding call after looking at it it looked very questionable to make that call late in the game
Phil Kiseel burns Flyers again:
During his time with the Penguins Phil Kessel would make things difficult for the Flyers and he did that on Thursday night by scoring two goals
Very cool moment:
During the 2nd Period, the Flyers hosting the six officers who were shot during the eight-hour standoff in August
The Philadelphia Flyers will look to get back to their winning ways when they take on the Ottawa senators on Saturday December 7th at 1 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Center.
