Carter Hart steals show as Flyers shutout Devils

Philadelphia: It’s always exciting when you get to play your first home game in front of your fans and that is what we had on Wednesday night as the Philadelphia Flyers took on the New Jersey Devils from Wells Fargo Center in South Philadelphia. This game was on NBCSN part of Wednesday Night Hockey & they had Mike ‘Doc’ Emrick, Eddie Olczyk and Brian Boucher on the call.

The Flyers would win this game 4-0 and Carter Hart played amazing.

During the 1st Period, the Flyers would play video tribute to Wayne Simmonds who signed with the Devils in the off-season, Simmonds played 8 years with the Flyers.

The Flyers now head on the road for three games at Vancouver, Calgary & Edmonton. The Flyers return home on October 19 against Dallas
