Chester PA: One of the biggest regular-season games in the History of the Philadelphia Union took place on Saturday Night as the Union took on Atlanta United from Talen Energy Stadium in Chester. Both teams come into the game tied for first place at 48 points.

In the first half, both teams would have their chances to score but they just could not get it done
Late in the first half, Atlanta would make the Union pay as Josef Martínez scores on rebound off a nice pass from Darlington Nagbe for the 1-0 lead at halftime
The Union would not go down without a fight and boy did they respond as they would tie the game at 1 in the 61st minute from Brenden Aaronson who blasts it past the goalie and the stadium would lose their minds, Aaronson got the ball from Haris Medunjanin

Earlier in the week, the Union would announce they picked up the 2020 contract option for Kacper Przybylko and he would show why the Union picked up his option in the 86th minute, the Union would take the lead by Kacper Przybylko who has been scoring some clutch goals this season and this would show that the Union are for real and can show up for the big moments
Two minutes later, the Union would ice the game on the goal from Sergio Santos off passes from Kacper Przybylko & Ilsinho which made it 3-1.
A crowd of 18,510 would see the Union take down Atlanta to return to first place in the East and at the same time, tye would also clinch their spot in the MLS Cup Playoffs
